Interim Management
Line Management – We can provide the temporary placement of experienced personnel, within business organisations, to meet Line Management responsibility. Tasks are generally predetermined and limited to a fixed time. The objective is to support company management in the performance of regular business functions, by making their time available for duties of a higher priority. Some examples of a company’s requirements could include projects such as process reengineering, change of organisational structure, liaison & contract management, acquisition processes etc. Generally, these processes tie up valuable management resources.
